New Design World prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a fair cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:
- Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched. Once the shipment is processed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges will be accepted only for unused and unwashed clothing items with original tags and packaging intact. Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If any product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be reported to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery along with proper image/video proof for quick resolution.
- Products bought during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation or return unless damaged or incorrect item has been received.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and certain accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Refunds approved by New Design World will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method after successful inspection of the returned product.
