Shipments within India are dispatched from our Indian fulfilment locations via trusted domestic courier partners and/or Speed Post. Garments are packed securely to protect fabric quality and finishes during transit.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods such as sales or festive seasons, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by courier partners and can vary by destination, serviceability, and unforeseen logistics constraints. New Design World hands over parcels to the carrier within the processing window stated above and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party logistics.
Remote or out-of-delivery-area locations may require additional time. Serviceability and COD availability depend on the courier network for your PIN code.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address submitted at checkout. Please ensure the address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues or returns to origin.
After a successful order, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the order confirmation. Once shipped, tracking details are shared where available so you can monitor the parcel until delivery.
